In my role I partner with senior leaders across Local Government to deliver high-calibre Interim Executives who can drive transformation, improvement and resilience within Adult Social Care and Children\'s Services. I focus on- Supporting councils to secure exceptional interim leaders at Director, Assistant Director and Programme Lead level- Enabling Local Authorities to deliver sustainable service improvements in response to complex challenges, inspections and transformation agendas- Building long-term, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, ensuring they have access to the right expertise when it matters most- Acting as a strategic advisor in the interim talent market, providing insight and solutions tailored to the unique pressures of social care services.My work is underpinned by a passion for helping Local Authorities achieve meaningful change for the communities they serve.
