I’m a marketing student with a strong interest in sales, relationship building, and understanding what drives customer decisions. I enjoy engaging with people, identifying needs, and communicating value in a clear and compelling way. Through coursework and hands on projects, I’ve developed skills in persuasion, customer analysis, and follow up learning how trust and consistency directly impact results.    As Recruitment Chair, I lead and manage all fraternity recruitment operations, overseeing event planning, member engagement, and strategic outreach to prospective members. I coordinate recruitment campaigns that reflect our chapter’s values and culture, while maintaining a balanced budget to ensure efficient use of resources. My responsibilities include: • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality members. • Managing and allocating the recruitment budget to maximize event success and cost efficiency. • Leading a recruitment team to plan, organize, and promote events that build community and engagement.
