The Technical Trainer provides a comprehensive technical employee learning and development program that enhances knowledge, skills, and performance of technical employees, the Peterson organization and Peterson customers. The Trainer analyzes, researches, develops and designs, organizes and implements and conducts training programs. The Technical Trainer champions a continuous learning environment- Participated in learning needs assessment to determine individual and common technician skill gaps. Develop and tailor curriculum, as well as advise on course placement for individual technicians based on current needs and professional development- Design, develop, and implement technical training curricula for Earthmoving Equipment. Create lesson plans, presentations, labs, and assessments that developed technician’s technical expertise and problem-solving skills- Delivered over 500 hours of instructor led training to Peterson technicians and customers, covering six unique subjects ranging from fundamental to intermediate technical skills, as well as soft skills training.
