My name is Ryan Lawrence and I am a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. I have received my Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Employment Relations with a minor in Psychology. I am currently working full-time at myHR Partner, Inc. in Allentown, PA as a Senior HR Generalists where I am responsible for a wide variety of payroll, administrative, and hiring management needs. My previous experience includes interning in the human resources department at Follett, LLC in Easton, PA. My involvement at Penn State includes being an OPPerations Captain for the Penn State Dance Marathon, as well as an executive board member on the Blue & White Society and the Penn State Sports Business Club. Through my previous work experience as well as my involvement at Penn State, I have gained the communication, leadership, and motivational skills that will help me thrive in the human resources industry.
