Upgrading a legacy app to modern tech using Angular and microservices. Also serving as trainer and mentor, teaching web dev and C# to a group of long-time COBOL developers. 12/2015 - 05/2016: Line of Business Architect for Farm Programs at FSA/USDA. 04/2015 - 12/2015: Development Manager for a 10-person, agile, mostly-remote team at Affiliated Acceptance Corporation 12/2014 - 03/2015: Development Lead on a project for RMA/USDA. In a short period of time, we wrote three of the most integral services for this large, complex project, whose purpose was to provide a common endpoint for \"Crop Acreage Reports\" uploaded by farmers.
