For 20+ years I’ve shipped customer-facing apps, internal platforms, and design systems across enterprise and startup environments—leading UX architecture while writing production code in React/TypeScript, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI).    Started as a Community Manager and worked on elevating app store ratings from 2-star to 4-star and beyond. Then moved over to operations to support internal tools. Proficient in leveraging Python and Node.js to develop custom API layers and support monitoring for our services. Adept at automation and monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana tools. Passionate about internal knowledge sharing and skilled in building out custom tools to support it.
