Act as the Safety Director for a DOT/Road construction, sewer, sewer relining, and water contractor with roughly 150 employees on average for Musson Brothers Inc. Also, manage safety related duties in our aggregate quarries assuring the company is following all MSHA requirements. Conduct regular jobsite audits/visits assisting the crew with any safety/EEO related concerns. Organize/conduct various trainings including 8 hour MSHA annual refresher, first aid/CPR, and OSHA 10/30 hour as needed. Managing the inventory of safety related equipment for the company. Oversee all insurance claims related with Musson Brothers. Supervise EEO/HR responsibilities assuring Musson is an equal and fair employer. Oversee FMSCA regulations assuring Musson CDL drivers are compliant nation wide. Assure Musson Brothers is continuously following all OSHA/MSHA/FMSCA regulations and standards. Lead a team of individuals to complete necessary tasks in order to help maintain the success of the company.
