As the Director of Defender Experts at Microsoft, I lead the design and delivery of Microsoft\'s managed security services, leveraging my 25+ years of experience in the computer software industry. My mission is to provide customers with the best-in-class protection, detection, and response capabilities, powered by Microsoft Defender & Sentinel, Microsoft Threat Intelligence, and scaled with AI, agents, and the hundreds of incredibly talented human experts at Microsoft.Building on my background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, software engineering, debugging analysis, reliability, and OS internals, I\'ve had the privilege of building multiple initiatives and teams from scratch. I take pride in leading teams, aligning their efforts toward a common goal, and achieving success in both products and people. My passion lies in fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment of individuals to discover their strengths and uniting those towards solving complex challenges.
