Role & Responsibilities- Support the evolution of Prolink’s clinical concierge model to align with company-wide goals and enhance the clinician experience- Act as a strategic clinical partner across internal teams and client organizations to foster environments rooted in safety, quality, and professional excellence- Design and implement programs focused on clinician recruitment, engagement, performance, and retention—including the growth of loyalty initiatives- Leverage data and technology to proactively assess risk, drive informed decision-making, and support continuous quality improvement- Improve and enhance visibility of talent retention data to drive action planning and achievement of desired outcomes- Contribute to performance reporting and ensure compliance with clinical quality and safety standards- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet clinician fulfillment and engagement targets- Partner with Sales team to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for dedicated group of clients- Lead and manage the strategic direction, onboarding, performance management, and career development for all team members by consistently providing relevant information, feedback, and guidance.
