The agency handles all aspects of event production, including sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor negotiations. Clients include but are not limited to Jean Paul Gaultier, SSENSE, Kim Shui, Variant.fund, Dazed Magazine, Balenciaga, and Priscavera.Roles Include:* Presiding over all administrative and operational facets of the company since day one, while partnering with other members of the executive team to define the strategic approach.* Establishing the overall processes, procedures, and best practices to enable efficient day-to-day operations.* Researching, identifying, and securing talent, onboarding leading names such as Pharrell, Okay Kaya, Snow Strippers, Kim Shui, MikeQ, and Tamagucci.* Managing a team of contractors to optimize success and execution on all production fronts.* Leading regular meetings with the team, defining long-term objectives, establishing priorities, and allocating resources to facilitate growth.* Leveraging market research and analytics to orchestrate impactful multimedia marketing campaigns, maximizing awareness.* Securing prominent press coverage for events produced for clients, including features in renowned publications such as Paper Magazine and Billboard Magazine.* Handling projects that include but are not limited to editorial (motion + still), campaigns (motion + still), runway shows, product launches, retail pop-ups, intimate and/or large dinners, and private events.* Designing and curating comprehensive pitch decks for investors while leading presentations, successfully securing financing.* Partnering with charities and leveraging the platform to raise awareness of social and cultural causes, supporting foundations such as The Afya Foundation, The Black Trans Travel Fund, Baitulmaal, Trans Lifeline, and Fearless Beauty.
