I am the Head of Sourcing & Procurement at SavATree, a private equity-backed national provider of tree, shrub, and lawn care services. Prior to joining SavATree, I led supply chain and procurement projects with large global companies in the technology, retail, manufacturing, CPG, healthcare, and financial services sectors as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting and as an independent consultant and interim executive. In my 15 years of experience, I have specialized in two areas: cost reduction via strategic sourcing, contract management, and operational improvements, and in designing, selecting, building, and implementing user-friendly procurement technology applications. I have worked in the United States, Canada, England, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Hong Kong and am experienced with technologies across a full range of procurement capabilities including SAP Ariba, Coupa, Dynamics 365, Icertis, and Apttus.
