Venue Manager After Pay Australian Fashion WeekProducer and Backstage Manager NYFWDesigners include:Louis Vuitton, Proenza Schouler, Jason Wu, Christopher John Rogers, Altuzarra, Prabal Gurung, Veronica Beard, Jonathan Simkhai, Oroton, Sass & Bide.General scope:• Manage pre-production for all production aspects of client shows and Projects inaccordance with the client brief and approved budget, from receiving brief through toexecution of Projects.• Adhere to any briefing documents shared by Client.• Serve as main POC for all Production related elements, both internal and client facing.• Manage and oversee all Production aspects of the overall Project and Fashion showpre-production and on site.• Work with Technical Director, Backstage Manager and Coordinator to develop andimplement load in/ out production schedule.• Oversee and support backstage production, show rehearsals and show for Fashionshow or Project.• Manage and track all expenses in a detailed budget, including invoices and receipts,delivering regular updates to senior management.
