I am a seasoned director and program manager with a vast range of defense experience – from ground to space – gained throughout a 25-year Army career. I’m a strategic thinker that’s capable of predicting obstacles and counter-moves before they become threats, whether it’s an enemy combatant or a risk to a project plan.I’m comfortable in front of an audience and deliver extremely effective presentations and briefings. I use a detailed understanding of the audience to tailor my message for the greatest impact, whether it’s an executive-level presentation or a detailed operational briefing. In fact, I was selected to brief the NORAD Commander and top generals in the daily operations update while at NORAD-USNORTHCOM – the most junior officer to do so.I’ve worked at home and abroad on a multitude of complex and strategic initiatives across the defense services, and am one of few officers chosen to work on multiple joint assignments – a highly selective honor: • Based on experience and demonstrated capability, I was the first officer outside of the missile and space field to be selected to manage the standardization and evaluation processes for the NORAD-USNORTHCOM Command Center. • I was subsequently selected as a Joint Test Director for the Air Force Joint Test Office and was quickly moved into the Deputy Commander role for the entire organization after my leadership and organizational skills brought needed systems, processes and efficiencies to the team.
