About Ryan Johnson
Currently a Regional Vice President with Castle Group Management, LLC for our Palm Beach Region including Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. Prior, was at a luxury high rise property in Ft. Lauderdale, FL that won site of the year in 2020 during the global COVID-19 pandemic. The property, originally built in the early 1970’s, underwent nearly $20 million dollars in construction including 40-year recertification, balcony restoration, concrete restoration, roofing, parking deck restoration and waterproofing, elevator modernization, and hurricane damage remediation and restoration. I\'ve held roles as Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, District Manager, and Regional Director in Professional Property Management firms in the State of Florida. Prior to Professional Property Management, I held various progressive roles in urban, oceanfront and destination hotels and resorts for iconic hotel and resort brands, including experience with daily operations, hotel and resort renovations, new hotel opening, union relations, property management system conversions, outsourcing and insourcing, and task force in the US and the Caribbean.A Florida licensed CAM, an accredited CMCA, and a Florida Notary Public. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from The George Washington University in Washington DC and a master’s degree from the top ranked Executive Education Program at Florida Atlantic University.
