About Ryan: I\'ve always been inquisitive about everything. I don\'t remember a time when I wasn\'t busy learning as much as possible about the world around me, then working towards mastery in execution. This is true of every position I\'ve had since childhood. And no other topics have captured my attention like business operations, leadership skills, management methodology, and directed development of supervisors. It\'s the nexus of theory and application.who wouldn\'t love this stuff? I quickly found I LOVED teaching these topics to other leadership teams and helping to guide them as they implemented it within their organizations. I realized I found my calling: living the dream as a Strategic Business Guide. I was born and raised in Western Michigan to a farming family with a deep appreciation for our community and our country. I enlisted in the US Air Force directly after graduating from Mason County Eastern. During my time in the US Air Force I was a trusted advisor to leadership in position (Retired E-8) and by reputation. My job was to help the leadership team survey the current situation, evaluate the personnel, and devise a plan then help them execute once it was approved. This is what I\'m doing with leadership teams today as a trusted advisor. As a certified Pinnacle Business guide I enjoy helping as many leadership teams as possible make it to the summit of their mountains, while actually enjoying the climb! There are too many leaders who are frustrated and stuck in the same place. They need actionable tools to get unstuck, avoid the rockslides, and keep moving upward.
