I started working at Paramount Financial in January of 2021. Paramount Financial is a retirement planning business founded by David Belisle. My role here as the Case Design Manager is to work with David and design the best plan for our clients to be able to live a worry-free retirement. I also work with all of our clients to ensure they have access to all of their accounts and I am able to help answer any questions/needs they have. If I don\'t know the answer to something, I will ensure I point them in the right direction. I feel extremely lucky to have the opportunity to have joined David and help him grow and expand his business each year. When I first started, I began by learning the systems to be able to take a work-load off of David\'s plate. By taking on this role, David was able to spend more of his time learning to grow his business into something much bigger than it was the time I joined. We now have 9 employees at the firm and we are looking to add more in the near future.
