The UK Talent Acquisition team manages Aramco\'s expatriate recruitment and relocation of European candidates into Saudi Arabia, and oversees the end-to-end recruitment process for all European candidates. The UK Talent Acquisition team recruit for upstream and downstream oil/gas, engineering, corporate, finance, human resource, legal, secretarial and business support positions located in Saudi Arabia. • Providing sourcing support to the Downstream and Corporate department within the UK Talent Acquisition team.• Reviewing and screening applications and CVs.• Sourcing candidates for oil refinery engineer and technical specialist positions.• Sourcing candidates for finance and executive assistant positions.• Conducting proactive searches on internal/external CV databases and LinkedIn.• Coordinating large face-to-face interview workshops in London, the Netherlands and Istanbul. This involves booking face-to-face interviews for international candidates, coordinating the interview schedule, coordinating with the hiring department managers, booking interview venues, organising catering, greeting candidates upon their arrival at our office, obtaining HR documents and delivering feedback.• Scheduling and coordinating a high volume of virtual live interviews (600+ during the 2024 interview cycle) for international candidates. Most interviews are conducted by the departments based in Saudi Arabia.• Coordinating candidate assessments.• Obtaining candidate onboarding and HR documents.• Preparing and sending offer letters and contracts for candidates.• Posting job vacancies on LinkedIn.• Processing a high-volume of candidates interview travel expenses, with 600+ expenses reports processed during the 20••••24 interview cycle.• Creating purchase orders for suppliers and agencies and managing supplier’s invoices.• Involved with the training for all new Talent Acquisition Assistants.
