Having worked in schools in the UK and USA, including some of the top performing schools in London, I have a commitment to relentless and sustainable improvement - a belief that we can all continue to get better. I am passionate about helping others, and this has led me into school-based teacher training.I have always looked to work with others who match my values, in schools that strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of pupils and with individuals who will push me to be better. I believe in the power and potential of truly all-through schooling, where the relationships that are developed over time can unlock potential and opportunities for all students.I am proud to lead the Reach Initial Teacher Training programme whilst continuing my work day to day as an Assistant Headteacher.
