We\'re an established business with a strong customer base and a clear opportunity to modernize how we operate and grow.My focus is on three things: building a team where people grow professionally and personally, applying the right technology to make us faster and more efficient, and holding ourselves to a quality standard that earns customer confidence every order.I spent 19 years at Burns & McDonnell leading large-scale industrial projects in oil, gas, and chemical. That environment taught me how to lead under pressure, build teams that perform, and deliver where margin for error is low.
