Founder and Director of Arro. I work with school and Trust leaders, partners, and fellow CEOs to tackle one of education’s hardest problems: the gap between leadership intent and day-to-day reality. Arro was built by combining change management, communication, and software design, shaped through close collaboration with educators, content creators, trainers, and marketing and communications specialists. My work focuses on building practical systems that make strategy usable, leadership visible, and impact sustainable. The goal is not short-term improvement, but lasting change that benefits children, young people, and the communities schools serve.I’m particularly interested in conversations around leadership at scale, implementation, and how technology can support real change without adding noise.

I am the CEO of Pebble, a software company that is transforming the way organisations manage their financial transactions. Since 1992, we have integrated the systems that handle finances, private funds, online payments, catering sales, and gift aid, serving over education clients and reporting millions of pounds in total.With over 20 years of experience in the edtech sector, I have developed and led a team of passionate and innovative professionals who share my vision of making a positive social impact in education. I am also a governor at two first schools in Northumberland, a speaker and trainer at various conferences and events, and a former Royal Marines Reservist. My core competencies include strategic leadership, management, start-ups, marketing, and communications. I am always open to collaborating with like-minded individuals and businesses who want to challenge the status quo and inspire others to communicate better and generate income for their schools.
