The Dispatcher is a Lead position in the department, supervising ~45 tour guides per day, daily operations, and data reporting. As a guide I entertain thousands of people from around the world through the backlot of Universal Studios. I inform people about the lot, the history and the filmmaking process. I receive outstanding evaluations and am incredibly familiar with the studio lot and current productions.
