About Ryan Harradine

I am currently serving as the Technical Operations Lead at Sequence, Inc. I am accountable for development of tools/apps and orchestration of data to support Sequence’s operations. I am accountable for our training efforts in the areas of industrial automation and controls, computerized systems, and IT/OT/network architecture. I led the startup and CQV efforts for the Sequence Training Facility, a simulated life-sciences pharmaceutical manufacturing site, which I now maintain and upgrade. Before Sequence, I graduated from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in 2015 and graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in May 2020. During my time in school I partook in a Co-Op at Denso Manufacturing Tennessee as a Parts Production Engineer. After graduation from NCSU, I worked in the automotive manufacturing industry for deBotech, Inc, which manufactures carbon fiber car parts for OEMs and the private sector.

   I bridge the gap between high-level leadership vision and the technical realities of the Life Sciences industry, at the intersection of AI strategy, solution development, training, and strategic partnerships — translating leadership vision into the tools, systems, and infrastructure that drive how the organization operates and grows.Strategy & Solutions - I work directly with senior leadership to shape and execute our AI and digitization strategy. Alongside cross-functional teams, I identify pain points and define roadmaps for development of solutions. I architect and build custom software, automations, and data-driven tools that solve real problems across the business. I maintain a long-term vision for how individual tools connect into broader, scalable platforms.Training & Facility Operations - I own the operational readiness of our training facility, including the implementation, configuration, and network administration of all computerized systems. I develop technical training content across automation, computerized systems, IT/OT, instrumentation & controls, and process engineering. I deliver that training to internal teams and external clients. I also curate the facility\'s tour experience, designing demonstrations that showcase capabilities to visitors and partners.Partnerships & Mentorship - I serve as a key technical stakeholder in OEM and digital solutions partnerships, driving collaborative initiatives from product implementation to live demos at industry events. I mentor university engineering senior design teams and lead a direct report, providing coaching, clear expectations, and structured development.Engineering Consulting Project Work - I provide engineering and consulting support on client projects in the areas of integration, process automation, and computerized systems.I\'m driven by a deep curiosity for how people work and a passion for building technology that makes that work easier, smarter, and more impactful.
