Welcome! Serving home buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Seattle area has been a great joy for me and I always look forward to handing my clients the keys to their new home. With a history of craftsman home builders, agents and investors, my family has long had a passion for the real estate industry. Many of my weekends growing up were spent house hunting and visiting open houses (a tradition I continue with my wife and children today). I specialize in working with families, individuals, builders and corporations throughout the Seattle area (including the Eastside) and am honored to have received Seattle Magazine\'s \"Five Star Agent, Best In Client Satisfaction\"​ Award multiple times. With a background in marketing and sales, I specialize in listing, presenting, and negotiating for homes to sell at their full potential. For nearly 20 years, I have consistently helped my seller-clients earn more than the average listing in the Greater Seattle area.and have helped my clients sell in less than half the average market time. Beyond listing homes, I enjoy helping homebuyers find the right home. I have trained to teach homebuyer education classes through the WA State Housing Finance Commission, earned my Accredited Buyer\'s Representative Designation, and understand that today\'s homebuyer requires a higher level of representation to help them thoughtfully navigate the real estate process. Whether preparing for a sale or thinking of purchasing for personal use or investment, my experience in building, renovating, and managing rental homes has been an asset for my clients as they consider their options. My approach is to partner alongside each client to assist them in making healthy real estate decisions.
