ABOUT RYAN G. WILL

Ryan is a technology strategist and sales management thought leader with nearly 30 years of industry and professional services experience. He has worked both in – and for – organizations to build a wide variety of collaborative sales and marketing deliverables that drive systematic, predictable growth. Ryan is an Equity Partner with Bridgepointe Technologies and the President of Will Technology Group, a premier technology distribution firm, consultancy, vCIO and technical placement firm. He was a Founding Partner of Converged Network Services Group (now AppSmart through acquisition in 2019). CNSG became one of the largest master agencies and consulting firms in the country. Ryan led their growth primarily in the Southeast and South Central areas of the United States. He was instrumental in building CNSG\'s cloud/data center strategy. Ryan is also the founder and President of Commonwealth Telecom Services Group, a company founded in 2008 but began operations in late 2009 in parallel with his role within CNSG. Today Commonwealth has nearly $30 million annually in client billings and has seen double digit EBITDA growth for 12 consecutive years. Through his work he has helped many IT services firms, interconnects, and agencies build alternate streams of revenue through a consultative sales approach, enabling them to be a completely turnkey services provider. He has also directly assisted hundreds of companies, from Fortune 100 downward, strategically assess and procure their cloud, colo, data/SD-WAN, voice, UCaaS, SaaS, and CCaaS solutions. As well as manage the ongoing maintenance and contract processes for those clients.Ryan is a published expert in the cloud space and has both written and presented on the telecom/cloud/data center industry.While doing sales consulting work for SBI, a sample list of Ryan’s consulting engagements included- Cancer Treatment Centers of America- Integrated Device Technology (IDT)- Eloqua- Kronos- Safety-Kleen- Terremark- AMX Prior to his current work, Ryan was VP of Sales at Internap Network Services where he managed all sales efforts on the East Coast and Canada. In addition, Ryan was Vice President of Sales at XO Communications where he was responsible for 400 sales and sales support employees, more than doubling his regions revenue to $500M a year in under 4 years. Ryan received numerous awards/recognitions throughout his corporate career.Ryan has a BS in Business Management from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
