I spearhead program development, creating innovative group mentoring models that foster personal growth, leadership, and resilience in students.I am deeply committed to community engagement, working closely with schools, community organizations, and law enforcement to ensure our programs address the needs of our students. My role involves building strong partnerships and securing resources for sustainable growth and long-term impact.With expertise in youth development, I focus on creating a nurturing environment where students can thrive, develop critical life skills, and become leaders in their communities.
