About Ryan Galitzdorfer
I’m a rising senior at the University of Pittsburgh studying Data Science and minoring in Economics. I’m currently interning at PNC, where I contribute to the design of tools that translate complex datasets into clear, visual narratives for teams. Previously, I worked on predictive modeling in real estate and conducted NLP research to model cognitive states. Outside of internships, I’ve led independent projects like Digestive Data that explore healthcare blind spots through modeling and visualization, and Market Machine, an algorithmic trading bot tested across historical market data. I’m passionate about using data to uncover patterns, guide decisions, and provide simple, strategic solutions to complex quantitative problems.
