I co-lead a team of seven employees and 7+ consultants covering everything from research to lobbying and communications and work with my team to advance public policy, civic engagement, and electoral solutions in Virginia\'s state government, including the General Assembly, Governor\'s Office, Office of the Attorney General, and state agencies. I engage with funders and donors to support our organizational budget. I collaborate with partner organizations on policy and legislative, communications, and grassroots strategies.
