ABOUT RYAN FINNEGAN
I joined Century Communities, Inc.(NSYE:CCS) in 2022 as Assistant Regional Counsel and have been promoted to Regionl Counsel, where I am responsible for providing legal guidance to all Florida divisions on a broad range of legal matters, primarily relating to the acquisition and development of real estate and construction of single-family communities. Previously, I managed all legal affairs of a multifamily housing management and real estate development company with over $2.0B AUM and $1.0B under development. I have additionally served as in-house counsel to a privately-owned ENR Top-10 EPC contractor, focusing in the area of power generation and distribution projects, and a publicly-traded Fortune building material products distributor and installation subcontractor. I also have practiced in law firms as litigation counsel with experience in the areas of construction defects, contracts, real estate, and bankruptcy. I have been admitted to practice law in Florida (2010), Missouri (2007), USDC Middle District Florida (2011), and USDC Southern District Florida (2015). I am eligible to work in the EU as a dual US/Irish citizen.
