I started as an administrative assistant 20+ years ago and learned business by doing it—wearing every hat, listening hard, and figuring out what makes a company actually work. Since then, I’ve co-founded and led multiple successful startups with exits to Microsoft, Zynga, and Appen.At Lob, where I serve as CEO, we are modernizing direct mail by turning a historically manual process into a streamlined, data-driven logistics engine for businesses. I joined as the revenue leader, moved into a role as COO, and now lead the company. I also advise startups on scaling revenue and operations—past and current include Weights & Biases, SiftScience ValiMail, and more.The common thread? I like solving hard problems with great people. I focus on clarity, connection, and building high-integrity teams that deliver.
