   I keep my current employment arrangement off of LinkedIn for privacy concerns. Will be transparent as I can be (e.g. NDA\'s, etc.) with prospective employers if/when I am jobseeking. I only do 100% remote jobs. I know this can be a deal breaker for one or more reasons. However, for situations where it can work, I am worth every penny. Lastly, I am an operations/implementation person - I have no interest in leadership roles. I enjoy refining, maintaining and perfecting data/config for payroll, HR, benefits, etc. I am loyal to those that are loyal to me and I love to provide predictability and stability in a role/HR department.
