Review all submittals by Recruiting Team to ensure top level quality, vetting and presentation before presenting candidates to our clients. Responsible for meeting with our client\'s to qualify job requirements and providing them with information on market conditions and pricing recommendations. Responsible for contractor crisis management, contract negotiations and coaching.
