As a Manager, Senior Digital Business Analyst at Vail Resorts, I have more than eight years of experience in applying agile methodologies, eCommerce, and analytical solutions to various industries, including high performance metals, travel and hospitality, and competitive sports. I hold a CSM and two QlikView certifications that demonstrate my expertise in leading agile software releases, product ownership, quality assurance, project management, and end user training.I joined Vail Resorts in 2017 to pursue my passion of blending the ski industry and technology together, working with different teams and departments across the United States and Canada to carry out strategic objectives. I have contributed to enhancing the customer relationship management, social networking, and analytics capabilities of the company, enabling better engagement and retention of skiers and snowboarders.
