I am a passionate, dynamic and driven operations, project management and continuous improvement leader with over 15 years of proven expertise developing teams and solutions to drive value to stakeholders through process and performance improvement. I am purpose-driven in coaching teams to leveage Lean methodology throughout the business to support their development and for them to apply Lean in their daily work.
