After an absence of over a decade, I have enthusiastically returned to the real estate appraisal industry. During this time, I was fortunate enough work in a variety of industries, including over 10 years in sales/marketing with professional sports teams. I am able to take my experience working work a diverse group of clients and apply it to an industry I am truly passionate about: Real Estate.I started my career valuing a variety of residential properties in the Greater Toronto Area. I transitioned into a consulting role where I supported multiple designated AACI’s who specialized in Forensic & Litigation Support. My focus was on research & analysis, inspections, evaluating market trends and report writing. I am presently completing a variety of different appraisal reports in Ottawa, ON while I finish the educational requirements for the AACI designation through the PGCV program at the University of British Columbia.I excel at nurturing customer relationships, translating data into strategic solutions and surpassing ambitious targets.
