Originally from New Orleans, he is a 2008 graduate of Loyola College of Law, where he spent nearly eight years practicing family law and estate planning. His legal background gives him a unique advantage in the mortgage industry, equipping him with the analytical skills to guide clients through the complexities of the underwriting process. His keen attention to detail allows him to spot potential issues ahead of time, helping clients navigate challenges smoothly and ensuring a seamless home financing experience. While he found fulfillment in assisting clients through legal matters, his passion for real estate led him to a new path—helping individuals and families achieve homeownership. After all, it’s much more fun to talk about buying a home than dividing one.In 2018, Ryan made the move from New Orleans to Atlanta to fully transition into the mortgage industry. He first immersed himself in city life, spending four years in Midtown before settling in East Atlanta Village, where he lives with his partner, Andrew, and their miniature schnauzer, Kylo Shen (yes, Ryan is a proud Star Wars nerd).Outside of helping clients secure their dream homes, Ryan is a dedicated NFL and college football fan, a daily gym-goer, and an avid traveler—Australia, Bali, and Croatia are among his favorite places he’s visited. He also enjoys gaming, the occasional trip to a theme park, and keeping his New Orleans roots alive by making some of the best pots of jambalaya and red beans and rice you’ll ever try.
