Tier 3 support for any existing/new clients - These duties include anything from desktop support,server deployment/management, network engineering, etc. As a senior technician, we support any and all issues in the support spectrum of technology.Support issues clients may experience regarding laptops/workstations/RDHS(TS) servers, etc. Itemscan include any form of Windows issues including OS debugging, on premises Office and/or Office365, VMWare ESXi, NAS/SAN appliances, vendor specific software, VPN connectivity, databaseadministration/management, printer issues, facility equipment (ie: CNC environments), phone PBXsystems (ie: Cisco UCM, FreePBX, NEC), and more.IT project fulfillment for clients from concept to deployment. This can entail smaller projects such as new client deployments installing telco/server racks, wiring, tracing and configuration of the IT room as well as installing and configuring switches as per the project outline (WAN/LAN setup, QoS, VLANS,PoE, LAG/LACP, etc). Other projects have including travel to datacenters for disaster recovery, backupsolution implementations, high availability setups and more.Performing PEN (penetration) tests externally and internally on managed custom environments,recommended patching of the security flaws/exploits and locking down the environment.Working in a MSP environment, we must work as a team very effectively. In doing so, we must behighly proficient in our communication abilities, both internally and customer facing.Our goals are to stand out from the other MSPs in the city - in doing so we take a pro-active approach with our customers, ensuring we can identify issues before they turn into real world issues.As a senior technician, we carry a high level of troubleshooting and analytical skills in order to meet the evolving needs of the customers.
