For me, it’s always been about the people in my life. For those who know me, it’s no surprise that I’ve built my career around people — my peers, my team, my clients… and by natural extension, the people that I’ve helped my clients hire.It’s no wonder then, that my work centers on people and talent acquisition by leading the recruitment efforts for a multitude of Fortune global clients — for whom I have been involved (directly and indirectly) in helping hire millions of people.In addition to being part of the leadership team at Recruitics, I strive to lead in other related areas, including:• An industry thought leader — on the speaking circuit and chronicling trends through the agency blog• A technology leader — developing recruitment and programmatic media buying tools• An entrepreneurial leader — overseeing an always-active incubator fostering visionaries and their ideasWhile I’m an analytics nerd and unapologetic detail freak, I’m also a dedicated mentor, a trusted friend, advisor, and a nurturer of long-term employee and client relationships.Outside the office, I’m a lover of the Cali outdoors, a Chitown sports fanatic, an eclectic music buff (from the Beatles to B.I.G.), a loving husband and a proud papa.I look forward to connecting with you.
