Ryan has a had a diverse career starting off moonlighting as a consult building MS Access databases, to creating courseware that would be used across the nation for end users to learn SharePoint. He has been on the cutting edge of the Power Platform when it was first released and had been a thought leader for organization on how to implement, govern and use the Microsoft Modern work platforms. When not working on projects he is the varsity girls soccer coach at Monroe High school (Monroe, Michigan) and is passionate about teaching the game of soccer and building a great team culture.
