ABOUT RYAN CHAPIN

Everybody has a story, here\'s mine. Growing up in a family that was barely making ends meets, I was determined to chart a better course. Through hard work and determination, became first in family to graduate college leading to a fruitful, 26-year career designing jet engines, digital and additive solutions at GE Aviation. While there, served in top 1.2% of company as Executive Engineering Manager in turbo machinery design, supply chain and digital analytics fields. After designing fan and compressor airfoils, quickly found interest in LEAN Six Sigma ultimately becoming a Master Black Belt with leadership responsibilities for 200+ Black Belts. I was later honored to be one of the first graduates of the Executive Leadership Mentoring program leading to promotion to Executive Engineering leader of Design and Integration of Joint Strike Fighter F136 engine program. After serving multiple management positions in metallic and composite airfoil design, aeromechanics, and High Pressure Compressor module designs for multiple new and fielded engine programs, I transitioned into starting a new Digital Services and Solutions team focused on driving use of data science and physics to drive extraordinary customer outcomes generating nearly $3B in new customer and business value. This ultimately led to role as Additive Advanced Technology Design Executive, dedicated to leading teams of world-class jet engine engineers focused on introducing new additive modalities and components for commercial and military customers. In 2021, we launched TRUSTED CONSULTING with the goal of linking industry experts with medium and large sized companies, leveraging proven techniques to drive your success. If you’re looking for a high-energy leader with unique ability to grow, train and lead efficient, goal-focused teams from around the world, let’s talk: r•••@mytrustedconsulting.com WEBSITE:
