About Ryan Champ

I am passionate about using my skills as a developer and as a communicator to help build great teams who build great products. I believe that building great teams and building great software are inextricably linked, and I try to do my best to contribute to a development culture that is fun, inspiring, creative, and highly collaborative.Though my primary experience is in.Net, Node, and AWS serverless solutions, I do not shy away from diving into other technologies as I inevitably discover novel problems that require different tools for the job, or whatever shiny framework or methodology that emerges as the \"next big thing.\" As much as I embrace new technology, I love working with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, as ultimately, the human element of what we do is what brings value both to companies\' bottom lines, and the world in general.Much like my affinity for technology, my love for gaming has never wavered, and I have spent the last 2 decades traveling for and competing in fighting game tournaments. If you ever want to know what it\'s like competing on a stage where hundreds are watching live, and thousands more are watching online, I might be able to share a few stories with you. This same competitive drive is what drives me to continually improve, become the best version of myself, and help contribute to the success of others.
