ABOUT RYAN BRATTEN

Collaborative and impact-driven Lead Software Engineer with over a decade of experience building SaaS products that improve lives—across healthcare, social housing, FinTech, and the public sector.Now at Jane.app, I’m helping create thoughtful, intuitive software that supports health and wellness clinics to thrive. I care deeply about building healthy, high-trust teams where people feel supported to do their best work. My leadership style is grounded in empathy, clarity, and purpose—believing that how we work together is just as important as what we build.Previously, I led teams at Made Tech, where I delivered digital services for social housing, and at White Clarke Group, where I developed large-scale systems for global automotive clients. During the pandemic, I was proud to contribute to the national Covid Test and Trace platform and to help launch the Hackney Data Platform, one of the UK’s most forward-thinking civic tech initiatives.I bring a balance of technical depth, product thinking, and people-first leadership—alongside a BSc in Computer Science with Software Engineering from Lancaster University.
