After beginning my career on the creative side of entertainment—developing content, managing productions, and supporting senior leaders—I became increasingly drawn to the operational side: how strategy gets executed, how teams align, and how internal decisions shape external outcomes.This shift led me to roles that blended storytelling with business operations. I began coordinating executive initiatives, planning cross-functional events, and translating performance data into strategic insights. I realized I no longer wanted to just pitch the story—I wanted to help build the systems that bring those stories to life.Today, I’m pursuing my MBA at UCLA Anderson to deepen my expertise in leadership, analytics, and organizational effectiveness—while serving as Manager, Global Original TV Strategy at Disney Entertainment Television, where I help shape content and business development strategy, partner with senior leadership on global initiatives, and support corporate communications.I’m most energized when helping leaders make smarter decisions, aligning cross-functional teams, and bringing clarity to complexity.    Work directly with the President on strategy, executive communications, and corporate team culture initiatives across Disney’s global television business, spanning scripted and unscripted content, domestic and international markets, and emerging areas such as generative AI.
