About Ryan Bolyard
10 years’ experience in the IT field, including 3 years in the cloud space. Most recently he has been leading four major cloud migration projects for FEMA. These four cloud migrations have given him extensive experience in the cloud migration process. Including sustainment, simple lift-and-shift migrations, to replatforming, to completely revamped cloud prototypes. For three of these for projects he has served as Lead Architect, serving as the primary technical interface between the client, and the internal team. He directed the team using agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles to ensure timely, and quality delivery of the technical deliverables.
