Serving as the subject matter expert on vendor products, services, and processes through training/certifications Developing and maintaining an excellent working knowledge of our Vendor\'s processes, including partner price methods, deal registrations, up-sell/cross-sell positioning, and quote order function best practices Engaging with the Vendor\'s field sales teams to align business development activities, understand their needs from Climb as their distributor and ensure collaboration with Climb\'s field sales team Working closely with Climb\'s Marketing team to assist with the development and execution of both Reseller and MSP lead generation campaigns, taking point on lead follow-ups Conducting/coordinating regular Vendor training, enablement, and certification session for both Climb\'s field and inside sales teams
