   Our company provides clients with commercial multi-media services (photographic, video, website). As the owner, my role requires that I manage our small team via recruiting, setting standards & training, strategic planning, goal setting, marketing, sales, organization, finances, bookkeeping, and client relations. Automation and systems are necessary, so we have spent time and resources developing customized systems that aid coordination, administrative duties, and software that aid consistent production by mirroring proven techniques in our workflows. Our out-of-the-box thinking has also pushed us to produce tools that come to our aid, speeding the accessibility of devices such as camera lenses adapted to attached to tripods vs. keeping them in bags. Designing our ideas with engineering software, we can 3D print in-house for immediate use. This product alone saves valuable time on location. Since the start of our small company, we\'ve maintained consecutive years with solid client relations, each year benefiting positive financial growth. Software / System Development for the company includes:Adobe Photoshop Plugin: Using JavaScript, Adobe\'s ExtendScript, HTML, CSS, XML, we designed and implemented a plugin that aids in duplicating specific workflows from a more experienced editor to those newer to the trade, significantly reducing training & processing time. To date, our processing revolves around this plugin and is continually growing.PixelDispatch.com: is a web-based platform designed for photographers to increase administrative situational awareness and aid in media delivery. Furthermore, it provides easy client service requests, administrative assignments to team members, workflow queue knowledge (providing all parties knowledge of job status reducing unnecessary communications), and final delivery to the client to include job archival.
