In fact, we teach the psychology, art, and facilitation of leadership. This intentionality is required to build a receptive audience because if they aren\'t listening, you aren\'t leading. We have helped organizations rebound from turmoil; scale start-ups; built cultures for locker rooms, corporations, and world tours; coached executives, rock bands, athletic coaches, and professional athletes; and advised a successful foreign presidential campaign.
