I started my career as a technician in 2005, working my way up to become one of the top-producing Audi Master Guild techs in the country and a national Audi Twin Cup Champion. In 2014, I launched my first shop, Blair Automotive, out of a single-bay storage unit with no clients and a lot of determination.Today, that one-man shop has grown into the Alloy Automotive Partners — a $35M/year platform with 10 locations and 120 team members across Texas and Colorado. We’re building something different: a company where technicians and advisors can grow their careers, earn a great living, and be part of a team that values excellence, efficiency, and culture.My passion is developing people and creating opportunities for them to thrive — whether that’s becoming a top flat-rate producer, a foreman, or a future shop leader.
