1. Global Social Influencer Marketing Manager

   I was promoted into this position where I set the strategy and direction for IBM’s Global Influencer & Advocacy programs across the enterprise. Primarily, I am looking to ensure the consistency of our programs across markets. This includes collaborating with diverse business units and geographic teams to develop and refine these programs based on insights from data. Notable Achievements:• Transformed the vision for programs and strategy to be relationship-driven rather than transactional, which included generating buy-in from global leaders up through the C-suite. • Guided the comprehensive consolidation of marketing strategies across business units, which included establishing an Influencer Council to write the playbook that enabled customization and scale throughout the enterprise. • Piloted a brand awareness campaign on YouTube, generating more than 4M brand touches (the equivalent of 81% unique views from nearly 3.5M potential customers) and a 200% lift in Google Search for the IBM keyword. • Delivered 48K website visits (16K engaged and 33K new to the site) in 20••••22 through our influencer campaigns. • Served as the Project Lead for our summer internship program in 2022, coaching and mentoring a team of 3 interns, all three of whom were offered full-time roles at the end of the program (and accepted the offers).
