I am a Manager in the Deals advisory department at PwC. My work involves performing financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, valuations and many other services related to mergers and acquisitions.I first gained financial expertise by working in external audit for 4 years at Deloitte & Touche. In this role, I reviewed the accounts of companies and organizations to ensure the validity and legality of their financial records. Before joining Deloitte & Touche, I did an internship in the credit department of Bank Audi in Lebanon. I have a BS in Banking & Finance from the Lebanese American University. I made the distinction list every semester of my studies at LAU.
