Blobstore is the storage service which durably stores all YouTube videos, Google Photos, Google Apps, and much more.Previously, the Technical Lead for MindMeld\'s SRE team. MindMeld is a key component of BigQuery and of AlphaFold2, winner of the 2024 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. MindMeld is a distributed, in-memory filesystem with RDMA access used for massive, low-latency data shuffles- Recognized with a performance award for reducing MindMeld scaling lead times from hours to minutes- Lead the launch of MindMeld SSD, a new product with an alternative persistence medium- Implemented autoscaling of MindMeld\'s control plane, eliminating a class of reliability events caused by evolving workload profiles, and unblocking customer growth.
